Hi, we're sorry to hear about your experience. This is not the intended behavior. Scan & Sew should allow you to upload your own photo and generate a sewing pattern. We'd love to investigate what happened on your device. Please contact us at hanggmai.25@gmail.com with screenshots of this issue, your device model and iOS version, and we'll help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Charged for trial period
Even the text in the app description here in the store says there is a free trial - seems that’s an outright lie.
I guess I better make the most out of it considering I have no idea what use this app will be for me, which is why I was wanting to trial it in the first place.

We’re very sorry for the confusion and frustration. We never want anyone to feel misled about a trial or subscription charge. App Store billing is handled by Apple, so please contact Apple Support or use Apple’s Report a Problem service to request a review or refund. We’re also reviewing our purchase messaging to make trial eligibility and pricing clearer.
