What the heck? Doesn’t work - reviews are fake
I downloaded the app, paid a monthly subscription and CANT access anything! Checked my card, I was charged. Everytime I try to read something, it’ll show it’s locked but it’ll say I paid for it and have the subscription but still can’t use it. I restarted my phone, redownloaded the app and i still can’t access anything. I sent them a screen recording too hopefully they can help me figure it out otherwise I’ll get a refund.

Hi, and thank you for flagging this — you were right, and we apologise for the frustration. We recently added the monthly plan, and it wasn't correctly linked to unlock Pro access. Your payment was processed correctly and your subscription was active throughout; the app simply failed to unlock the content. This was entirely on our side. The issue has now been resolved and your Pro access has been restored. Please force-close the app and reopen it, and your content will unlock.
