Poor app
Annoying app that is slow with constant updates that further break the app. Bugs with showtimes and theaters that don’t even appear.

Poorly Implemented
SF Cinema used to have a website that was very specific to your area theaters. You could quickly open it up and see exactly what movies were playing on specific days from today to the end of the week. That website is now gone. So we’re left with this app. The app always opens with SF ads. Once you manage to close the ads you are then presented with a list of films playing throughout Thailand. So if you choose a movie to see, it may not be playing in your Thai city. A worthless mess of an app. So now we start out by looking at Major Cinema for our movies instead.

Doesn’t remember my membership number
You get an app, maybe you think it will retain your membership number so you don’t have to carry a little piece of paper around. This update asks you to resubmit your membership number. Very poor user experience.
Requires a Thai ID card number to register
Don’t bother if you’re not a Thai national
East to buy online
Can buy in advance, easy to check.
No Apple Pay or Wallet support
The app doesn’t allow the use of Apple Pay to pay for movie tickets and doesn’t let me autofill my credits cards saved on my device, like I can in Safari (just comparing ease of payment). The app also doesn’t support Apple Wallet for saving tickets, making it much harder than it should be to use and manage tickets. Strangely, SF’s website also doesn’t support Apple Pay and Apple Wallet. Really not sure why. But just for the ease of payment, I would always use the website over this app.

Easiest App to get the ticket
Very good app to get movie ticket. Love how fast and fluid the app is. Definitely going to use it when looking at showtimes and trailer. A few steps only to get the ticket and very seamless to go in the cinema. Good job SF cinema!

Convenience, Fast, and seamless
Able to book tickets right away and walk right in the cinema by just showing the ticket via the app. What more do you need? Love how you can check the date, new movies, trailers, and locations. Keep up the good work.

Useless
This app won’t let me find my location to see movies showing in my area, all the films and showing times aren’t for UK cinemas. I tried searching for my location on the app but it can’t find it. Useless.
Good and easy to use app
The app is easy to use, everything works well. One suggestion would be the ability to manually add movies purchased over the counter (as sometime I don’t have credit card handy to book on the app etc) to e-ticket collection.

คิดอีกทีก่อนที่คุณจะตัดเงินผ่านแอปนี้ เพราะมันจะตัดเงินคุณพร้อมขึ้นerror ระบบค้าง คุณจะไม่ได้รับอีเมลใดๆเลย โทรติดต่อ customer service เค้าก็ให้เราจ่ายเงินใหม่อีกรอบเพื่อจองที่นั่งทั้งที่ตัดบัตรไปแล้ว ส่วนเงินที่จ่ายไปรอบแรกก็ต้องรอ refund ซึ่งพนักงานเองก็ไม่รู้ว่าจะได้คืนเมื่อไหร่ สรุปแอปนี้ทำขึ้นมาเพื่อดูรอบหนังเฉยๆ เตือนอย่าได้จ่ายเงินผ่านแอปนี้เป็นอันขาด!

Doesn't work just crashes when I select upcoming movies
Poor app/system/management
Wrong schedule.
App not updated.
Staff on location unable to update you for the next day.
Major movies been outed barely 2 weeks to leave place to blockbusters.
Too many frustrations and pretty unhappy customer experience.

Absolute rubbish, crashes constantly, seriously in need of an update!!
Terrible app unless you want to do ANYTHING but look at what's on at a local cinema. Try anything else and it crashes constantly:
Try look at Advanced Booking from home screen - crashes!
Try to look at coming soon - crashes!
Pointless to have these other two sections of the app if they merely crash every time you use them!!! In serious in need of an update to get it working as intended!

Just about useable if all you want to do is see show times, but the app crashes... a lot.

แอพควรปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นในบางจุดเช่น หนังที่กำลังเข้าฉายมีแต่โปสเตอร์หนัง ไม่มีชื่อหนังกำกับให้เห็นชัด ไม่ระบุวันที่หนังเข้าฉาย ส่วนรายชื่อโรงหนังภาษาอังกฤษใช้อักษรพิมพ์ใหญ่หมดอ่านยาก ไม่เรียงลำดับตามตัวอักษร หาโรงหนังที่ต้องการยาก
Always Crashes!
Despite constant updates, the app always crashes. See selections never appear. Staff fail to post showtimes often the day of, which when you see an early movie does not help.
Good one.
Overall is good and easy to use. But if SF delete ad it will good for users.
