This app sucks.
So inconvenient
It keeps asking me to scan my store QR code which why would I have that 24/7 and it doesn’t give me and option to input my login. I don’t understand why they can’t just fix it and let people do their login manually. I literally missed a shift this week because I couldn’t get into my account.
Not enough
Really bad, not enough at all. It’s just so crazy to not able to see who are you going to work with, wow .
Touch ID?
Keeps asking me to save a Touch ID when IPhones 14s don’t have it?? Doesn’t give me an option to save a Face ID. Real nice…
Awful app
I have to use this app for work and it’s awful. The functionality is terrible, and over complicated for simple tasks. Every single employee hates this app as well. Overall needs a whole new re-design or to go to the trash.
Not functional
App is simply terrible and not meant for the retail space. Whoever’s coding in the back needs to get banned.

It’s done by Ai and it’s partially imbalanced. It’s placing employees with open availability over employees with limited availability and it’s over working the employees with open availability and not using the employees with limited availability to allow those employees with open availability work life balance.

Type in the password correctly the first time, and I have to do it multiple times before it actually works

This whole system is terrible. You can’t edit time for the day. It makes it so difficult to clock people in on unscheduled shifts you can’t release the schedule till Monday. You have to reconcile time on Sunday I mean This whole system is just awful
Seems like no one is fixing anything
The app sometimes will stay on the logo screen for days and will only allow scan code log in. Calendar view is horrible and it always somehow doesn’t show all the days you work and it makes you accidentally skip a shift because it’s glitching everytime you log in. I don’t know how this app has a 4.6 but all I’m seeing are 1 stars. What a scam. Please fix the app for people

This app barely works and there is nothing on it. Before rolling out a new system for people to use, they need to do a better job of explaining it. It constantly loads and doesn’t have our pay or anything on here. It’s really for our schedule.

I don’t even see the point of the app it doesn’t do much. Workday is much better.
Worst app
Nothing but problems since downloading it. Nothing makes sense and now it’s not even letting me sign in.
