Looked up Harborview and the score was 100 from 2018. Had to review inspection from SF.gov to get updated report which was not favorable.

No options in search. I have changed locations and still no options. Do i have to physically been in the facility?

I always use this app to see if a
restaurant is clean and sanitary before eating there. Some of the health inspection reports are shocking!

Great app. Easy to use. Displays the relevant information easily. No extra garbage it just works
Eat only at clean restaurants!
After getting sick after eating at a nasty restaurant, I decided to only eat at restaurants that have at least a 90 score. This is the only app that I know of that shows you the health inspection scores of nearby restaurants. You can even read the health inspection report. You might be horrified! This app is indispensable if you frequently eat out in San Francisco.
