The SFA Mobile App is designed to optimize the field operations of Medical Representatives (MRs) and Managers. Users cannot create accounts directly on the mobile app, as account creation is an admin-only function. The admin manages user accounts exclusively through the Admin Panel, which is accessible only via the web. This ensures a secure and controlled environment for user management. The mobile app provides MRs and Managers with essential tools and functionalities to enhance their efficiency and productivity in the field. Note that MR and Manager roles do not include account creation capabilities within the app.
