Very Buggy
Just used for SFC+ Remit, it is extremely buggy. Keeps showing pop-up “Actions blocked. Hooks are not allowed”. Huge deterrent in using the app.
So unhelpful
It asks you to update the app every single time you open the app. Once you’re in it, it doesn’t open the different shops like grill city etc
Wheres the Developer?
They will not tell you that your points are going to expired! Everything you login keep asking to update! Always having issues with vouchers!
Downloading the app
To download this app, it says it will take 40 mins. 😄
Need update to enter the 6code
Can’t even past the 6 digit code every time i match the code it says it doesn’t match.
Apple Wallet
Would be nice if you could add your QR code to your Apple Wallet. Very outdated how you have to download a photo of your QR code.
Frustration
Everytime, this app asks for a pin then an OTP then it will require an update whilst the line behind me gets longer and inconveniences other customers. This app is the replacement for a card or phone number entry that used to work
QR code
Please change qr code to one unique id per customer just like in PC app. SFC app doesn’t open or takes a very long time to open whenever we’re in the store.
Stop asking for pin
It’s fine when it works, it’s just annoying that it always asks for my pin even if I didn’t log out before closing the app. At least, please, remember the pin for a couple of hours!
Garbage
Cannot register. Does not send the otp code, and when you try to enter your pin it always gives an error that they don’t match. No other option to get code aside from your number, no other way to create a pin.
Struggle is real
It’s very hard to register. I tried it many times.

Unable to pick 12 from the month dropdown. It is a struggle picking the right date.!

Does this app even do a beta test before launching it in public. Registering is already a pain, what more the app itself
