This company sucks and everyone who switches hates them.
Their support works hard, but they’re ultimately shining a turd with SFN as a whole. It’s awful.
Picture freezes up and sound cuts out
I feel like this app isn’t ready for prime time. All other streaming apps work flawlessly, but this one seems to need constant attention. It seems like the infrastructure isn’t robust enough for the number of subscribers, maybe? Maybe it’s just the app programming.
2nd gen seriously flawed.
Ever since I uploaded SFNTV 2nd gen, problems started. It refreshes and stalls constantly. It’s basically unwatchable.
Can’t log on
To enter your login info you can only view the screen in horizontal view and the keyboard covers the submit button once you’ve entered in your information. It won’t allow you to remove the keyboard from the screen and the screen won’t flip to use the phone vertically
