Product maturity

As of today (25th November 2021), the (software, hardware, staff) maturity of this product still has much improvement to be made — e.g., no “live” prototyping at customer site, the standard installation package of only 4 motion sensors is only enough to offer coverage to 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and a kitchen (in the end, customer has to fork out money for additional motion sensors when the customer’s living quarter exceed their so-called standard package), customer (who prefers to stay within Apple’s ego system) must have/buy the latest super new Apple laptop (that have the Apple M1 CPU chip) for using the Homecare+ online monitoring functionalities, difficulty in locating the apps (must do Google search for the phrase “SG Lifecare,” etc.
