Can’t hook it up
I turned on the Bluetooth settings yet it still won’t hook up to the lights don’t buy this app
Make sure you read the DIRECTIONS
Despite what logo and name the box provides, you need to download a different app called “Smart life”. NOT “smart gear”. Then maybe your light will work.
Dump it in the trash
Bad product, really bad software, no integration whatsoever. Do yourself a favor, dispose their lights at your nearest dumpster and delete this app.

i don’t know why everyone says it doesn’t work it works so well for me the rainbow goes perfectly even if i ex out the tab of the app and i can make my own colors i 100% recommend

Lighting doesn’t work
Nothing works only one color is working on mine i delete the app and it flickers colors and only stays on one color even if I press others I have been trying to fix this all day and can’t plz help!And even when I put it on rainbow nothing works I have tried all night to fix it!i have tryed to fix this for 3 days straight but it wont work!please fix this bug as soon as possible!And it works for one sevong then once its wprking all the colors but one flicker!And green wont work it shows up as black!it would mean so much to me if you could fix this!i try every single day to fix it and it never works plz fix it!

You cant change the colors its only the standard yellow color. Need advice!!!
Doesn’t use my music library
The app is really cool, being able to control the lights and all. The main reason I got these lights were so that I could stream music from them and have the bulbs change color at the same time. This is not what’s happening. The music doesn’t even connect with the bulbs so that they are a speaker. Just plays on my phone.

In the bottom tab bar there's an option for set timing but the screen is blank and tells me to choose a device but nothing else comes up

No help on how to set it up in manual or app. I can’t get my light to show up on my phone at all and there’s no other instructions then downloading the app so help would be nice.

it shows all of my music from my apple music onto the app in the music section but there’s absolutely no way to actually play it, it just won’t play at all
No on/off button
Really. No on off button support How are supposed to shut it off . No multiple user support. Only plays the first song of my play list. Over and over
