Hi I’m not happy about it why the bus 5 driver so late I waited for so long try to come early next time if not I will make a complaint did you know I need to to make on time for lunch before 12pm
Inaccurate Bus Arrival Timings
I would like to raise a complaint regarding this app. The bus arrival timings displayed are often highly inaccurate. For example, today the app showed the bus would arrive in 10 minutes, but after waiting for 27 minutes, the bus still had not arrived.
This issue has occurred multiple times and makes the app unreliable for daily use. Please look into this matter urgently and work on fixing the accuracy of the bus timings.

Timing not always accurate
Outrageous Inaccuracy: This Useless Bus Timing App Needs to Be Fixed!
This bus timing app is absolutely terrible—completely unreliable and inaccurate! The timings keep jumping unpredictably, especially for Bus 39. One moment it says 16 minutes, then suddenly drops to 10 minutes, or even worse, it jumps by huge gaps, not just one or two minutes but several minutes apart! This happens all the time! What kind of useless system is this? If the app can’t provide accurate timings, what’s the point of having it? Stop wasting commuters’ time with such a lousy, broken system. Fix it immediately!

Generally an ok app but
- The app can’t seem to handle bus stops which have 2 of the same bus number going different directions, the app will choose the bus timings for one of the directions and replicate it twice so the timings aren’t right for the other direction. Workaround is to search for the bus stop on the SBS website.
- The UI for swiping between nearby bus stops could also be improved. Listing the bus stops by proximity and clicking in to the selected bus stop could be a better option. The workaround is to navigate using the map and then clicking the (i) for the selected stop.
- Favouriting is by Buses at specific stops rather than favouriting a bus stop, so each bus at the stop needs to be favourites separately.

Widget not found
Been using this app for years and really rely on it. However I’ve recently upgraded my iPhone to a new one and I’m not able to find a widget option for this app which really bums me out. Would appreciate if the creators could look into this bug asap
The showing on Lock Screen doesn’t support on iOS 18
I used to check the bus timing on my Lock Screen, it was so useful.
After the software update to iOS 18 it doesn’t support the Lock Screen widgets anymore, I really most this feature can come back again please!!!

App neeeds improvement
Despite updating and having the latest device, there are constant glitches while using the app.
The app would take awhile to load the readings and give inaccurate bus time readings e.g. no estimate available but after waiting for awhile the bus appears.
I have been using this app for 7 years ever since bus apps were a thing. However, recently it has come to my attention that other apps do not have these issues. Thus, I decided to try other apps.

Great job!
Very accurate except for the very infrequent ‘ghost’ buses (those that NEVER arrive!) and buses with their GPS (deliberately?) switched off. Overall though, very good!

Consistently wrong
I've missed a few buses now as a result of this apps inaccuracies. Either the buses don't arrive at all, or the estimated time is way off.

Not accurate
Said bus was arriving in 3 minutes. But bus came 10 minutes later. Very inaccurate. Happened too many times to me. At first said bus was “Arr”. When I refresh, suddenly it’s in 6 minutes. Have other better apps. Will be deleting this app and using another.
Bus No 855 arrival time is not accurate
Every day I take bus from Upper Thomson to Yishun bus interchange. This APP shows 1 min arrival , I wait until the APP shows Arrival still not bus come. After the APP change to 13 mins more to 11 mins more. The 855 bus coming. Please upgrade. Thanks.
Accuracy
The accuracy of this app is the same as the official one by LTA 80% give or take and it doesn’t take traffic into account
