Not lightbulbs
This app is great for plugs but after 6 months, it crashes for all my lightbulbs. I’m stuck on green and can’t change color or schedules for 3 different bulbs.
Not supported?
I found these plugs invaluable and wanted to buy more. Then the app just stopped working and so did the plugs. Pleeeease update.
Trouble starting
Nice when system works. After 2 years of use system in home with 4 smart plugs disconnected from wireless on its own and requested restart, previous password was no longer recognized. Now I’m left with system running on standard EST with no means for me to change scheduling. I’ve not been able to do rescan as a plug blinks quickly and stops, not apparently enough interval for app to recognize. Aargh —

App isn’t up to date can run current software.
Works but app itself is buggy
Wont load any links like alexa or google home assistant. Even when clicked directly from app. Decent plug but app is bad.
Disappointment
Worked as advertised for 3 months, but has lost it’s connection to my network and will not reconnect. Instructions are good only if things work as they are supposed to work. No instructions available to fix any issues.

It Really Works
Although I jumped through some hoops to get it operational...it really works and works really well. To my surprise you don't have to be in the same room or even in the house for the unit to work. I have turned the lamp on several miles away from the house. It works! Don't hesitate to purchase.
