Lost Projects, App Dysfunctional, Expensive Catastrophe

Some bad reviews from 9 years ago! But the latest version (5.2) is very solid and still the best. Hoping for Unity for iPad, because the Mac version is quite nice.
Was great now there are issues.
I used this at one time, now I started using it again on my iPad. I updated it, and when I share using email, nothing comes through.

Project Management made Simple
I have used this for years and it never fails to impress. With most of my projects spread over multiple sites with different contractors on some as well as others, this brings it all together on all my platforms. Nothing else comes close.
Once loved, but not now
Was a great app and used it on my ipad and Mac. Now it will not accept changes made in my Mac when synching to my ipad. I can only make changed in my ipad and then sych or import to Mac. I see others have complained and nothing has been done.
Simply the best PM app that exist
Love this app! It’s the most well rounded PM app and I use it everyday - Want to impress clients/your boss? Watch their face when they ask for a report and you send it instantly in a few clicks! I purchased the bundle so I’m completely covered. Also, Ty is awesome - always responsive and takes care of customers in a timely manner!

Program updated to work with latest IOS. Now a Five Star fan due to the update. Keep up the great work.

This is the ultimate in project management software, reasonably priced! I own the iPad and the Mac version they work well together.

No longer syncs with desktop
I have been a user for a long time of this product and have been very pleased. Now, the iPad app no longer will sync with my desktop. From the looks of it, there has been no update to the app in 11 months!! I have contacted them and was told they were aware of the issue. That was 2 months and there is still no fix!! I just emailed customer service today and hope to get an answer ASAP. This is incredibly frustrating, considering the amount of money paid for this app and software! PLEASE FIX!! I will be glad to write or update my review once everything is working as it should.

Excellent IPad project management app
For anyone that needs to do some detailed planning and project management this is by far the best app I have used and I have tried quite a few. The details behind the tasks make it more than just a ghant chart and the reporting function is excellent.

Hooray! -an update. Looks great on iPad Pro 9.7" and responsive.
Crashes New Task Entry
Application crashes after new task details are entered. The entire task is lost as a result of the crash.

By far the best IPad app I have seen. Also one of the best project management packages on any platform. Simply outstanding, feature rich and wonderful to use.
Outstanding PM Tool
Excellent PM tool, and combined with SG Sketcher and SG One Page (SG Project Toolbox) this is a powerful project design, management and reporting system. I have been doing professional PM for over 30 years, have seen PM and PM software evolve significantly over that time, and have tested and/or used every major system from stand-alone to enterprise (e.g. MSP Server, SAP...and others) systems. SG Project Pro is by-far my favourite. Simple to learn and use, and with an array of features that cover everything that I need and more. I routinely use the SG package to design, manage and report on the projects that I manage...many of them large and complex. I have several PM tools on my IPad...this one is the best. Highly recommended.

What an app for the PM !!
Can't rate this app highly enough!
The more I use it the more I like it.
As a professional PM who is forced to be mobile, this app keeps me in control of stuff. Okay such apps all rely on how you organise yourself in general. My own structured approach is to keep track of actions for multiple projects or work packages, then tie them to higher level tasks and schedule as appropriate.. The power of SG Project Pro is its flexibility to do things any way you want as a PM. Its reporting engine is very powerful. Can use RAG on tasks and actions. Nicely keeps track of risks and issues. And I'm sure there's a whole bunch of stuff yet to explore.
Of course data backup is crucial. Nice simple sync to Dropbox. And full DB backup as well.
Certainly have been telling my colleagues about this.

Fantastic app
I'm a superintendent for a major home builder and I use this to schedule all of our homes and subcontractors. It's simple to use and to send send out schedules. I like how I can personalize it in so many ways to find the way that works best for me. Customer service is amazing, I usually get an answer to my questions within a couple minutes.

Best version to date!
The improved XML upload is awesome.
There have been quite a few enhancements lately but starting with the beginning it has notes, risk management, scheduling, tracking, costs, and project hours.
All reporting is in PDFs format with capability of uploading your own logo
I would like the reporting to be exportable to Excel but it works great

Was good. Now Buggy
This was a good app. Very expensive but fast.

Great project app
I actually had SG Project Pro and used it for an event two years ago. To me, it wasn't particularly user-friendly. I was reluctant to upgrade to the SG Project Pro 5 but the videos I saw using the iPad pushed me over the edge and I purchased it. AM I GLAD I DID!! This app is a lot more user friendly, the videos in the Web Support area are great, and finally, if you still have a problem, Ty, the developer is quick to respond to email requests. You can't ask for any more than that. I have found myself "looking" for projects to use this app for!
