So bad
Is this truthfully a terrible app? It does not help you actually locate your things. It only tells you when you have separated from them and it does not give you an accurate location reading.

I use this all the time because I’m my chronic key loser. However, the last time I tried to use it, my phone was the one ringing and not like the tag.
Occasionally Useful
It is useful for finding lost objects around the house, but only when it chooses to work. God help you if you have more than one object on this app. As of now the app doesn’t even open without immediately crashing.

Crash and Burn
App used to be at least ok in the sense that the app opened and worked for the most part. Never was a great product to start with because really only works if you are super close to either your phone and/or device. And the photo option sucked, but now the app dosent even open at all just keep crashing before you can do anything including finding the dam device. In the end, I cant find my keys because this trash isn't working properly. Another reason why I prefer apple products! Going back to using a foolproof device and app. Apple Airtag wins the race!

Just opened the box
One tracker connects to the app but not the other. Customer service is useless as calls just go to voicemail and they don’t call you back. The device is going back to the store
Annoying
I walk a certain feet away from my keys and the alarm would go off, I’m not carrying my keys wherever I go so this thing won’t go off! I turned on silent mode so it wouldn’t go off again but silent mode turned it self off and kept going. Sorry mom but I can’t use this!
You don’t need my camera
There’s no reason why you need access to my microphone and camera for a key tracker 💀

Useless
Not fast enough to update the location. To test I walk 5 ft away the app slowly goes from 100% to around 50-60% then I move next to it and won’t update the location to 90-100% until after 2-5 minutes later which is ridiculous. At that speed this has zero chance locating you’re lost item.
poor device
this is horrible. it only works if you keep the app open which will kill your battery life. and the tracker beeps out of no where when its just sitting on the table. not worth the money. it was given to me free as a gift and it still isnt worth the headache.
Darn near useless.
Not loud enough that you can hear it very far. The last software update was two years ago. Great idea in a small package, poorly done. I wonder if someone makes something similar, that works.

Cool! But…
When I close the app on my phone it always alerts my keys to go off, even when I’m not intending to look for them but now I have to get up to turn it off. Also, when I open the app it ask for GPS tracking “allow once”, “allow while using app”, or “don’t allow”. Where is the “always allow”!? So after that point it doesn’t work unless I leave the app open on my phone all the time. Fix those 2 things and I’d be happy, otherwise I should return it. I think it only flashes my camera flash when I’m literally looking at the app. When I close my phone the flashing stops and doesn’t flash until I open my phone to look at the app…

Not worth it!!
When I really needed it didn’t work...when I found it I had to press the button to turn it on..that’s when it connected it to the app.
I’ll buy one from another brand..this one is a waste of money.

Stopped working
Was good when I first got it but then it stopped working. Tried to re-pair but it couldn’t even find device to pair.
I want my money back!
It’s really a shame that people sell something that obviously( read the reviews) DOES NOT WORK. I can’t get the key fob to pair with Bluetooth and neither can most of the other reviewers. So the device does not work which renders the app completely USELESS. I’m guessing that the person/thief that invented the device also created the app - Mr. No good Thief- how do I get my money back???

Was handy at first until battery died
Not sure if related but the battery finally died after approximately 6 months. Changed battery, ever since, when I open the app it goes bonkers. Lights flashing, beeping, music, all the bells and whistles. The problem is, nothing happens on the receiver.

App keeps crashing when I open it.... was very useful but now not at all.
