Authorized staff can sign in, view tonight’s show context, check guests in by name, seat, QR code, or manual ticket code, look up customer orders, resend confirmations, and send post-show reports to performers.
The app is designed for fast front-of-house use with large tap targets, high-contrast screens, clear success and issue states, Face ID session restore, and production TicketingAPI integration.
