Please change highlighted color

**Using iphone, latest IOS to date**
Is it possible to highlight in yellow or any other light color soothing to eyes. Reading while it is being played, is highlighted in blue. It is hard to read and gives headache.
Best would be if the dev can give this color option to user to customize accordingly.
