Do not even waste your time. This was the only option I had to view my security system when I purchased the system new. No tech support whatsoever!!! I guess I should’ve realized that since the application’s last update was two years ago. How can someone depend on a application like this? This application and the other Syseye application are terrible and take up space that another developer could be using for their applications that work! Im Very disappointed when I need something that I can keep an eye on especially when the security system I installed was for keeping me at ease when I can access the system using an application to help my 88 yr old mother monitor the security system and possibly avoid unwanted visitors. I gave it one star because I had to.

Can’t even connect
Can’t connect because it doesn’t show the whole screen. Looks like this apps been abandoned and won’t be fixed. Too bad because the regular one has really poor quality but at least it’s functional
Fit
App doesn’t fit on my iPhone 7 screen. Seems bigger. Can’t log in.
Shuts down after 5 minutes
After connecting the app, the app will just shut down!! Please fix this bug!
