Crashed constantly
Please fix the problem. The app crashed when we try to put the T-mall/Taobao item into shopping cart (buy for me).
SIGN IN PROBLEM
I’m tired of this sign in problem. Everytime I check my msg, try to connect wifi in setting or try to copy link, then when Im back, I need to sign in again & again & again.. please fix it.

Always sign time out if I exit for a while this apps, and need to sign in again, many time happens. Copy link from taobao and paste to sgshop, the item no available, please fix it

For some reason if I exit this app for a while or pull my notifications at the upper part, this app seems to always timeout and its getting really annoying because you need to log in repeatedly. And also please add ENG subs more..

Crash constantly, click EN sub will bring u back to home screen. &... your search engine is a joke!

Many times i'll try to tap on the EN sub ut when i tap, your apps lost and make me go back to home (home fone) . arh .
Need to upgrade few section. But staff Customer service really good :D
Apps very convenient but option for item is in Chinese word. Hard to understand. If we click option to choose color / design, atleast if there is a picture, we can understand. But its different if we purchase using browser. The option is in english.
Overall , i like using apps more as it very convenient and the staff reply really fast. Please upgrade. Live chat in browser can attached picture , live chat in apps, cannot attached picture. So its difficult if we want to explain any problem occurs.

不好用
不能直接看到订单号，追踪号也不能查。只要稍微迟回复在线专员的聊天记录会自动关闭。非常不方便。
