Time to delivery
If you order on ANYOTHER platform, then you get constant updates, if you order through the app then you get ‘cooking’ with a crock pot symbol, which counts down from 30 mins which either counts down to nothing then you’re still waiting, or your food arrives. Also other platforms don’t allow free choice with the toppings
You want without charging you extra for each topping but it’s the non tracking which is not good especially with iPhones and itags which are available
