I do have one question however; I just got a notification on my phone saying this app has used my location for the last three days (I enabled this setting) but Earlier today was Shabbat, Halachically speaking is it OK to track me, thus using electronics, on Shabbat? Again love this app, just a little curious though😅

Great app, missing a few things
This app is great but here a few features that should be added:
1. Widgets
2. Siri integration
3. Notifications to remind about candle lighting and havdalah.

Love the app but…
Wonderful app and incredibly informative, but why there is an issue when sending the times to someone. In the app it shows when Shabbat come in ABOVE when Shabbat comes out which is logical. For some reason when you send the times in a text the image switches to show when Shabbat comes out ABOVE when it comes in which has led to a lot of confusion.

No Holiday candle times
It’s great for knowing when to light Shabbat candles, but it would be nice if there was an alert feature to remind you. Also, it says it gives you holiday candle lighting times, but they are missing for Chanukah. Would like to see those as well.

When working, this app is very useful as a non jew who has friends that keep shabbat. I don’t know if it’s iOS 16.7 or what but I am currently unable to open the app without it crashing…

I tried using it for a month. All permissions on, all notification settings on. Never once received a notification.

I’m very judicious in my ratings. This is an excellent app. The negative ratings seem to be unfounded. However, where can we make app suggestions? I would like multiple alarms per location. Also, how can I customize the alarm sound for the app?

Love the Shabbat reminder, but can it be like an hour before?
I love this app, because it helps me keep track of Shabbat times. My only criticism is that I wish there was a customizable reminder. There’s a default 6 hour reminder, but what is more useful is a reminder an hour before — or whatever you think you will need. Please add a customizable reminder!

On the locations screen, we do offer the option of changing the amount of time before candle lighting to receive a notification.
Alerts would be awesome!
I don’t see an options menu so that I can get alerts before Shabbat is about to begin.
