Hello, This is the developer of the app. I afraid the memory of your phone is full and that’s why the app crashes. Could you please close the other apps that are open in the background and try again and let me know if it works? Also, there is an email address in the user-manual and even a button in the app called “support”. Users can contact me directly through that email and provide me more information about the cases that does not work. I’d be happy to help you directly about how to edit your photo and also learn for what cases the app does not work well so I update it accordingly. Without knowing what type of shadows you have been trying to remove, it’s impossible for me to improve the app.

Hello, We have just fixed some issues that came to our attention. It takes a few days for the updates to kick-in. Many of the issues that are fixed had been reported to us by the users. Sorry that you didn't like this app, many other users are happy with the app as it helps them to fix their photos. The screenshots are all real and the sample images are actually included in the app as test pictures to make sure something that the app cannot perform is not being advertised. I have a PhD in Image Processing and I love finding new challenges in photography and developing innovative algorithms for enhancing the photos, please let me know what was the issue that this app could not solve and I will spend some time to find a solution. MS Paint also got improved over time and through user`s feedbacks. To be honest, 2.99 is nothing considering many many sleepless nights that are put into developing the theory and algorithms implemented in the app; refunds are available anyway. If you could please email at "shadowremoverapp@gmail.com" and provide some more detailed feedback, I could get a better sense of what went wrong when you used the app and will improve the app. User feedback plays a very important role in software development and I really appreciate it if you could please email me with more detailed feedback. Hello, Probably your phone is running low on memory or there are many other apps open in the background. The other possibility is that the photo you are editing is very large. If cleaning the storage or closing other apps didn`t help or is something inconvenient for you to do, please feel free to email the photo to us at shadowremoverapp@gmail.com and we would be more than happy to edit the photo for you and email it back as soon as possible.

We have been testing this app in a large data set of test images to make sure it would work properly all the time. Could you please email us the picture that the app didn't help you with, if possible? We will provide you with more instructions or will fix the image for you and send it back as soon as possible.
