Can’t watch some streaming services
You can’t watch a few different streaming services and it slows the internet way way down. Don’t recommend.

DO NOT use this APP! Once you purchase their monthly or yearly package, there is no way to cancel it. They over charge you way too much! I am VIP Pro but being charged 5.4 USD ever time I open and log into the account! They never responded to your questions, emails or resolve any of your concerns.

Where is the Mac version?
A VPN that actually works but the app is incomplete without Mac support especially considering the subscription costs.
Dont work with new xray versions like 1.6.6

Low speed in private servers
I have tested it in many devices and knew the speed of connection is much much lower than shadowrocket app. Fix it please.
Bad support
I use clash on my pc and the servers work on pc very good does not connect in ShadowLink with the same network. So the problem is the client app which means here the ShadowLink.

On my iPhone 5s with iOS 13 the one of the only apps that support v2ray, is ShadowLink, it connects to server but not working at all! (Tested servers on other devices)

They are irresponsible
I bought a monthly account from this application worth 6.99$ for Shadowsocks Servers. After purchase i could see Shadowsocks server (VIP Servers) and i could connect to them without problem but after 2 days, all Shadowsocks Servers have disappeard for me and i can’t connect to them. Its worked for 2 days for me. Also they didn’t answer my Emails.

Awful Service
Awful service in restricted countries. I bought 1 month subscription; There is no refund policy!!! The servers even it is written VIP servers are not connecting.👎 100% doesn’t worth a penny…
