Shagun Tracker

Shagun Tracker turns the paper shagun register into something you can search, total and print, with your records kept on your phone. Every wedding, engagement, reception and family function brings a stack of envelopes and a notebook that slowly becomes unreadable. Shagun Tracker keeps the same simple habit - name, address, relation, gift - and adds everything paper cannot do: instant search, running totals, filters, and a clean PDF you can share with the family the next morning. WHAT YOU CAN DO - Multiple events. Keep weddings, engagements, receptions and other functions separate, each with its own date and entries. - Every kind of gift. Record cash with the amount, and clothes, gold and jewellery or anything else with a short description. - Instant search. Find any guest by name or address in a second, in English or Hindi. Filter by gift type or relation, and sort by name, amount or date. - Export and print. A formatted PDF report with an event summary and guest table, a CSV for Excel or Google Sheets, and a full JSON backup. - Import. Restore a JSON backup, or bring an existing guest list into an event from a CSV file. - PIN lock. Lock an event with a 6-digit PIN so nobody can change or delete its records. Forgot the PIN? Reset it with Face ID or your security questions. - Trash and recovery. Deleted an entry by mistake? Restore it from Trash before it is gone for good. - English and Hindi. Switch the whole app between the two with a single tap. SCAN A PAPER REGISTER (OPTIONAL) Photograph a page of a handwritten register and the app reads the names and amounts for you to check and save. Scan uses Google Gemini with your own free API key. The photo is sent to Google only when you choose to scan, and the app tells you before it does. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your records are stored on your device. There is no account, no sign-in, no cloud sync, and no server of ours that could ever receive them. No ads, no analytics, no tracking of any kind. Everything except the optional Scan feature works with no internet at all. BUILT FOR INDIAN WEDDINGS Shagun, neg, lifafa, shagun ka lena-dena - whatever your family calls it, the app is built around how it actually works: a long line of guests, one quick entry at a time, and one person who has to make sense of all of it later. Free to download. No ads, no accounts, no subscriptions.
