Doesn’t work
I tried making an account, never worked and it would never send me an email to fix the password because every time I tried making an account the password would NOT work for said account. The app also keeps messing up my name. Super slow, messy, wack. I gave this an hour of my patience but this app is ridiculous.

auto re-load is on and I didn’t know so now they charged me even more money… predatory that they do this. I had more than $6 left but they still auto reloaded??? that doesn’t even make sense

This app works and looks like it was made by a teenager who Googled how to make an app and then followed the directions poorly.
Add to Apple Wallet not working
One of the core functions of the app, adding the rewards QR code to your Apple Wallet, is not working. It is extremely frustrating that a major part of the App is resulting in an Error. Please help or fix! I’ve restarted my phone and the app, still not working.
Not What I Expected
I thought I'd be able to order and pay ahead of time to skip the insanely long lines. This app is pointless.

Disappointing
You cannot place orders online with this app. You have to put money into the app. I placed the shake smart card in my apple wallet and it did not work. I had to open the app to finally get it to work. So what's the point?
Easy and Convenient to use!
This app makes it so easy to order and pay! I can scope out the menu ahead of time on my phone so I can read all the descriptions of all the products. When I'm ready to order and pay, I don't have to bother taking out my wallet or credit cards-I just scan my phone! I didn't have any trouble syncing my credit card and I haven't had any trouble with it since. It's the easiest and fastest way to pay and I'm racking up loyalty points! #holla

Convenience + Great Rewards!
This app makes it so easy to pay for a shake on y way out of the gym without having to bring my wallet with me. Plus I love the rewards program and can't wait to earn points!
Premature excitement
I downloaded the app and headed to the Aztec Market location (without my purse) since I could now link a card and pay.
Imagine my disappointment when they told me that I could not pay with the app. It would be REALLY helpful to specify which locations will NOT accept this feature.

Great app! Easy to navigate menu and amazingly fast to purchase my healthy snack (dont even need to bring my wallet to the gym)!
