Move to the beat, play a camera game or learn a new movement with an on-screen guide.
65 tracks across five genres: dance pop, aerobic, boxing, qigong and power. Choose among 40 main tracks and 25 lessons, with 35 camera games and 30 guided tracks in total.
TRACKS THAT PLAY LIKE A SONG
Main tracks are built like songs. Moves come back like a chorus, peaks alternate with real recovery, and each track finishes gently. In camera games, a new move starts with a short join-in and two practice reps before it counts.
TWO WAYS TO MOVE
Camera games use on-device pose estimation to follow you on the beat. Some movements are graded from your pose; rhythm sections award beat points only when the camera observes the required movement. Grades and coaching cues describe what the game can observe, not a medical or form assessment.
Guided tracks run without the camera, scoring or calorie estimates. Follow dance steps, aerobic combinations, shadow boxing, standing strength moves and flowing qigong sequences. Completion records mean you played a track, not that the app certified mastery.
40 movements in total, with eight selectable guide characters. Two recorded English voice sets call the next move and share form tips, with beat countdowns outside qigong. The game music library has 23 original music beds, 68 to 140 BPM.
FITS YOUR HOME
The Quiet version swaps jumps for no-jump moves. On supported tracks, Easy slows the movement cycles and Small Space swaps travelling steps for smaller ones. Pick a 10, 20 or 30-minute session from Home. Silent mode quiets audio and reduced motion tones down effects.
YOUR CAMERA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
In camera games, frames are processed on the device and discarded. Camera video, images and pose coordinates are not stored or uploaded. The illustrated guides are made in advance, not drawn from your camera. Main-app camera-game session summaries and the app's own analytics events may leave the device. Signing in is optional.
A ROUTINE THAT FITS
Daily Shake picks a track each day, and programs organize existing tracks. Camera games and guided tracks both count toward your weekly goal. Result and weekly sharing cards use your numbers, never a camera image. Reminders are optional and scheduled on the device at most twice a week, using your recent start times once there are enough of them.
For main-app camera games only, Apple Health can show heart rate and active energy. With Save to Apple Health enabled and permission granted, eligible sessions can be saved as workouts. Guided tracks do not access or write health data.
The interface supports 16 languages. Track titles, objectives and teaching instructions are in English and Korean, with English fallback in other languages. For iPhone, with an Apple Watch app.
