Was a great resource

But no it just crashes when I try to open it

Missing end of sentences

In modern and original. There are missing parts , words at the end of paragraphs. I’m quoting this app

WARNING!! Do not buy

This app takes your money and then does not unlock the play or plays. I’ve lost almost $30!! Costumer service is non responsive!! RIP OFF!!!

👎

The app will not send me a confirmation code in order to get a free book. I have tried both of my emails multiple times and still nothing in either in boxes.

Terrible! Rip off. Lost $15 already.

I purchased some guided and plays, but they are still locked! No way to view them. No support phone or contact. Total rip-off!
Do not buy anything from this app!!!

Crashes, won’t open.

I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted the iPhone, let an Apple update go by then reinstalled again. Any ideas?

Game Changer

I love this app and it’s given me a new perspective on Shakespeare, it feels like I’m learning a new language. I did update my phone and had issues but quickly emailed them and the developer was able to help me set up my past purchases. It sounds like it’s one guy working on it, so I’ll give him some slack.

Great customer support

SwipeSpeare restore issues

I bought this app in full £22.99 on my iPad I have since changed my device but this app won’t restore my Purchase. I’m Quite frustrated. I’ve contacted the developer and still they do not respond to any of my emails. I feel I’ve wasted money on a app with great content but unfortunately doesn’t work and the creators no longer care. I’m going to take this further. I really feel robbed!

Unfortunately

I do not know why but it crashes every time I try to use.

Update fixed bugs

Great!

Excellent resource

A very helpful resource- all the texts with modern equivalents - useful for scholars and performance students needing a better grasp of the texts. Study guides are helpful and supportive of the texts. Can have issues with loading, but if you contact the management they are helpful and supportive and helped to solve my issue.

Purchased book never received

I purchased an ePub book version but never received it. I went online and to the app to search for support options but didn’t find any. The app seems buggy

It did not work!

I tried to get the free version of Romeo and Juliet and it has you type your emails for a confirmation code but it never sent it! 😤

Keeps Crashing and Wanting a Payments

I paid for Romeo and Juliet study guide and tried to open it and the app crashed. Then I went back in to try again and it wants to charge me again. That happened three times. So I’m going elsewhere. :(

Horrible upgrade!

I used Swipespeare for 3 years in my classroom and loved it! This year, Romeo and Juliet isn’t free unless I submit an email, which I did. That email is supposed to send me a verification code to enter, but it doesn’t. It includes a link. That link does nothing to help me access a free play. It has to be more user friendly than this, especially with students trying to navigate a new app quickly.

Rip off

I already purchased this app with this account, but when trying to restore purchases on my new iPhone, since my old one broke, it says “unable to restore purchase” I’m not going to buy this again. Do you really expect ppl to purchase this app every time they own a new device?! That’s really stupid and it is deceptive at the same time.

Broken!

Since this new version loaded it doesn't work at all on my iPhone . It opens then closes seconds later.
It's an iPhone 7 iOS 10.3.3.
Frustrating.

How do I contact support? I went to developers website. Entered a question in the 'contact' form.
No response.

Update. Problem solved eventually.
Had to upgrade to ios11, and then create a new account because I could not access my purchased material.

I quite like the app. It is a useful portable reference but some of the modern translation is inaccurate.

Lesson Plan Summaries are All the Same

How do I know if I am buying the correct lesson plan when they all refer to being the lesson plan for Midsummer Night’s Dream? Should I assume the summary on all of them are incorrect or that every lesson plan is incorrectly for Midsummer Night’s Dream? I’m not buying anything if I am not sure what I am buying. That needs to be corrected ASAP
