Useless app if you live in the USA
Only Works for Philippines
This app would be great but doesn’t work for US locations. Only those in the Philippines. There is no mention of this anywhere. Other than that would’ve been 5 stars
Location issues
This only sends me to Shakey’s in the Philippines , not the US. Checked my VPN, reinstalled the app - same thing.

Convenient app!
In fairness, it’s very easy to use. I was able to order hassle-free. Payment mode is also superb. Download the app and order for you to see and experience as well 👍

Not true
I downloaded the app and went to the restaurant in tacloban, and tried to use app for ordering and no one there knows nothing about how it works I try to order salads and pizza but app say they out of salads, people in restaurant say we not out, so I left with no food

My go to app whenever I want to celebrate, comfort myself and just have a nice meal with the family. The app’s super easy and concise, it also saves multiple addresses which I can easily change anytime. Thanks!
App keeps crashing
I just got paid and I wanted to do something nice for my family and order us some brunch but I can’t even finish my order! This is frustrating. I’ve tried like a dozen times already. Closed the app, restarted the order, checked the carts, changed the recipient. Nothing works. This app is basically useless.

Disappointed with the Pizza Quality
Just sharing my honest feedback from a recent order through the app. Sadly, I wasn’t satisfied with the quality this time. Compared to my past orders, My recent transaction was disappointing.
The pizza looked like two separate pieces were just stuck together. The middle part was too thick, and the crust tasted a bit old—not the usual fresh bread quality I’m used to from other pizza places.
Another issue is the cheese. It was barely there. Most of the pizza was just plain bread, which makes it feel like toppings are being reduced lately, especially on deliveries. I’ve noticed this in previous orders too.
I hope this gets checked. I usually enjoy your pizza, but this recent experience didn’t meet expectations. Feel free to reach out if proof is needed.

Shakey’s Is The Very Best Pizza Place
As a little girl to a senior citizen, I never had any complaints about Shakey’s food or drinks. But now as for there prices to , me they are just a little to much. So they need to have a senior discount menu.

Incorrect Country Currency
I am in the US and I can only see the prices in Pesos. I am not in the Philippines so I don’t know why it’s assuming thats where I am.
Misleading Orders
I have two supercards registered and yet my order wasn’t valid for the buy one take one deal all because I pressed on the wrong menu. And I can’t even cancel the order. What kind of program does not automatically place the buy one take one deal for something I paid?
Excellent Use Experience
I was able to place my order within 5mins. Everything I need to press were all visible in my screen. Instructions were well written and easy to understand.
App loads too often
App takes a little too long to load here and there.
Does not work in the US
App is stuck to only Asia sites and will not work from a US location.

Love Shakeys, The best! They know how to cook pizza with perfect crust. Endless options on the menu. Staff always on the ball and helpful. Frequently dine in and order delivery…Great 31 minute delivery guarantee that has worked in my favour before. Their wings are amazing…Again the Best around to be honest.
