User reviews

Not a True Mindfulness App

The content in the app does not seem to have been crafted attentively or by people with experience in mindfulness or meditation. This could be a phenomenal app, but it’s all AI-generated content. The parts with human direction (such as the short meditation on hitbodedut) are quite shallow. I was expecting different areas of Jewish mindfulness practice to be accompanied by guided meditations, lectures, discussions, and commentaries.

The developers should check out Sam Harris’s ‘Waking Up’ app to get an idea of just how good this app could be.

Amazing app

I am new to Judaism and this app is so very helpful for me. I love to listen to it at bedtime daily. Thank you so much for this app :)

Beautiful app!

I love this app! The female narrator who reads the meditations has a beautiful, soft, clear voice. I do think it could be beneficial, though, for her to take voice lessons or work with a speech therapist to improve her accent. It throws me off a little bit. And I’m not suggesting switching narrators because she’s got perfect pace, and a very calming tone. Just a thought! ❤️

Loving the meditations

I was a Breethe and Calm App person but since finding this app, I have totally switched to ShalomSpace. I love the guided meditations and love the variety. I immediately upgraded to the paid version which is worth it.

That being said, I am wondering how often the developers add to the meditations so hoping they will respond as would love some
New ones around careers and work, and hope they continue to grow this app with additional categories and meditations. Thank you!!
