Fun but Frustrating
Mechanically, this is one of the better golf games I’ve come across on the App Store. However, the difficulty/ability to gain 3 stars on a given level is WILDLY inconsistent. On some, you only need need to score -1 across 2 holes to gain 3 stars. Yet on others, I score -5 across 4 holes and am only rewarded 2 stars.
I’m not asking for freebies, but the consistency in reward is quickly becoming very annoying. It’s becoming far more discouraging than motivating.

The game will FORCE your ball to stop short of the hole. It’s unbelievably scummy. They try to cover up what they’re doing with a slowmo shot of your ball approaching the hole. What’s actually happening is the ball’s path is being reprogrammed in real time to get you a near miss. My jaw dropped when it first happened. The ball just STOPPED right on the edge of the hole. It’s so blatant and clearly just trying to get you to pony up for their premium clubs and balls.
I felt good about this game. It’s a shame they quite literally curbed my enthusiasm.

Great Game
It’s a fantastic, addictive game that’s not riddled with ads. it is relatively new so there are still glitches but none of them are game breaking. my only concern is how do you unlock new players? They say “beat or tie my score and i’ll join your team” and i do just that, but it doesn’t unlock them for me.

Was good, now they changed the rules?!?!
Been playing for awhile. It’s hard to find matches against others in the higher levels. It seems no one plays. I’ll sit there for quite some time and nothing. Also, it seems they have just switched the rules of the golfers since the beginning. I went to play and my golfers abilities were not the same. So what were the rules since the beginning have changed and I didn’t know until I couldn’t use it the same way.

Love the game, small improvement?
Would it be possible for levels to tell you what will earn a 3-star rating? I scored a -11 with an ace, an albatross, and all birdies on the rest of the holes in world 5 and only earned 2 stars. I really enjoy the game, but like to attempt for three stars on each level. Not sure how a score of 19 when par is 30 doesn’t earn 3 stars on 8 holes…
