I used to love this game i still do!

peak

this was so fire i'd love to get the full version when i can dude🔥🔥🔥🙏🙏🙏

A lot of fun. But a lot of issues

So fun. So cute. Truly a great game for a great price. However. It crashes a lot. In the same areas. So whatever is causing the crash is the same thing everytime. I think.
And it has quite a few bugs that prevent you from doing what you need to do to continue the game. I just reload. Reload. Reload. And that is quite tedious as this game has save check points. NOT save “any time”.
If it worked properly. This game would be a 5/5. But the amount of crashing and bugs makes it hard to play.

Not for 9 year olds.

Bouncing boobs and women in skimpy outfits for my 9 year old son…? No thanks. Do better guys.

Never buy a app if it’s ported from home consoles

When I initially began playing I was glad that it did not have any ads and only got the demo version to check out the controls and let me tell you: Risky’s Revenge overall is pretty good (Or at least compared to Seven Sirens) but this is probably the worst version of Shantae’s second (Soon to become third chronologically) outing ever. First of all the plot is a little too similar to the Original, the bosses took forever to beat, since you tap and for the controls, I have done a ton of half-jumps which lead to a few deaths. The music fades away before looping, and this makes me feel like I’ve been in a location for too long. Shantae hardly whips her hair, It gets confusing about where you’re supposed to go, the mermaids are portrayed as lesbians, the game is short and then there is this side quest where you have to get the Scuttle Town deed from mayor Scuttlebutt, and the route: Polyp bay, felt like it was supposed to be included later in the game as a good way to make use of the monkey bullet, but if they weren’t this could have easily been the final level before you battle Risky Boots, and speaking of Risky Boots, at the very end of the full iOS game, when you are about to battle the final boss…The game crashes. Upon this happening two more times, my Dad payed ten dollars for the Director’s cut version on Switch, and I spent the rest of Friday and Saturday playing that when I could have been on Pirates Curse. So overall, don’t be tempted by the lesser price, be smart and get this on your console instead, and make sure to take breaks during polyp bay. Plus, as you are playing just think…WHY ON EARTH DID MATT BOZON AND WAYFORWARD DECIDE TO MAKE THIS GAME?!
