Also, please ensure that your device is running the latest software version and that the date and time settings are correct. You might also want to try a different internet connection, such as switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data. Unfortunately, we can't find any emails from you. We would like to inform you that when all tasks at a level are completed, a menu with a level selection appears. You can choose any level from this menu, including more difficult levels or previously completed levels.
