Doesn’t work
App doesn’t seem to be working, says check internet connection which is not the case here, tried on different gadgets. Won’t let you choose and set the goal either. Useless
Activity history- not being saved
Started using the app today, entered activity from this morning and it was not retained, updated this afternoon and that was recorded but is it likely to be overwritten if I update later?
Doesn’t work
Have tried to contact developers via help and support option in app but they haven’t responded. Videos don’t seem to play any sound and the app keeps crashing. Really disappointed as this seemed like a professional company given its linked to council / nhs sponsorship. Will delete and re-download and try again once more and will update my review if it works.

Lovely app - would recommend
Best programme I’ve used to help me stop yo-yo dieting. Now I’m eating the right portion sizes and my weight keeps slowly dropping. The 12 week planner is informative but easy to follow. Would definitely recommend.
Disappointing
I have downloaded this 6 times and have emailed for help but no response. I only get the home page and can’t go any further. Unable to use, very disappointed.
Now still waiting for the ‘technical’ team to sort it out. It’s been over 2 weeks and still nothing. Very bad customer service and lack of response.
