It takes all of us, working together, to help people who are struggling. The ShareHelp Community platform is similar to Facebook® and LinkedIn®, but we’ve built it specifically for the needs and activities of community programs. Leaders can use our www.sharehelp.community website and mobile app’s to: * communicate with volunteers and staff. * collaborate with partner organization to coordinate care and share resources and ideas. * facilitate group chats and interact with others one-on-one. * schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual events and programs. * share pictures, videos and stories of their group’s work and impact. * engage existing and new business sponsors, funders and volunteers. * accept and manage donations through a secure, fee-free portal. It also replaces printed resource guides and databases with an always-current view into the services, programs and resources in local communities, allowing caregivers to connect at any time with partner organizations instead of waiting for responses from texts, emails and phone calls. It also provides opportunities for community non-profits and faith-based groups to learn about and collaborate with other organizations. And it offers additional capabilities like: * livestreaming for events and impromptu virtual meetings. * push notifications to Group participants for reminders and information. * online courses for virtual, in-person or hybrid life skills training. * secure direct messaging for confidential communications. * chat histories that preserve public and private conversations. * easy-to-use tools for managing members, analytics reports, and other features.
