The app is not working on my phone

I have iphone x and this app is first time open and when i logout then back login it is not working it gets hanged up.

Pathetic App

This app is as worse as it could get. A year ago it was very buggy and now they have imoroved slightly but still very poor and outdated design. Logout button dont even work have to logout from menu. Dont know what is it taking ao much time to improve a sinmple app!
