iPad 6th Gen - Unusable
The app will not even let me sign in on my iPad. It just crashes immediately during the sign in process.
Love it, but still waiting for PDF uploads
I own an IT company, and I really like ShareSync and its ability to securely sync and share company data. However, why is it that for years I’ve (we have all) been waiting for the simple ability to upload PDFs? I go to upload and I can upload in Dropbox, OneDrive, and even Elevate. But ShareSync is not allowed! Please fix this obvious issue.

Crashes when uploading pics
My biggest complaint is that the photo uploader is buggy. Whenever I try to upload more than a few photos at a time, the app crashes. It takes so much longer to go through 3 or 4 steps just to select 5 pictures, and then do that over and over until I’ve got them all.
Better than insecure DropBox.
Latest update is very good and addresses most of the previous complaints. Just needs dark mode now to keep up with iOS13. The ability to set security policies and administer the whole organization’s file sharing is powerful.
iOS App Photo Support / Features WEAK
Works great on PCs, but the iOS app is so far behind it is impractical for serious business users.

Simple
Simple and easy, the ShareSync app is an easy way to view your documents from your phone.
Good but could be better
It’s one of those tools that I couldn’t live without, but wish I could easily upload images to share sync. I should t have to eMail myself photos. I should be able to select photos and save to share sync.
Good app but not keeping up with iOS
Easy to access old documents, but cannot save new documents to ShareSync on iPad. Not efficient
Not working as of last update
128 gb iPhone 7 Plus running 11.2.1 app crashes as soon as you try to open it.
Can't open any office documents
The current version can't open any office documents. That makes the app fairly useless at the moment. Please fix.
Now has high resolution support
Looks like the February update finally gave the large screen iPhone high resolution.
Sharesync App is great
Our business relies on the Sharesync platform for our cloud storage and it's security options The app works great for accessing our documents on the iPhone and ipad.
Can't view or open any file types
As of latest version I can't view any file types in the app - not even PDF's - and trying to open them in other apps results in a corrupted file - sometimes corrupting the actual file which I then have to go fix from my pc backup. On the verge of switching our company to another service and this isn't helping your case.

Stuck in Tour
Thought I would give this a try on my iPad 1, but it just freezes in the tour and clicking the ShareSync button does not work. Tried uninstall and reinstall with same results. Please fix ASAP.

This is a great app I use to sync my files with through my IT provider.
