Not reliable

Too many trips are missed. It will capture the trip to my destination but not the return trip. Over the last two weeks, the app is missing at least half of my trips. This is not acceptable given this should be accurately recording personal versus business trips.

Works sometimes

Does not record every trip. Most of the time it only picks up half of one trip or breaks a trip into many smaller sections. The processing time to select Sharetown vs a personal trip takes an average of 14 seconds to load.

**Update** this is after the update they put out. Still does not record all of the trips but the processing time to select between non personal trips has been eliminated. So this goes from a 2 star to a 3 star review. The point of a mileage tracker is to track miles and when it doesn’t track all the miles it misses the point. Also, since the update my phone has been having issues with freezing. This could be unrelated but it wasn’t happening before. In all, still needs work.

Drains my battery

When gps tracking is enabled, which has to be the case for this app to do what it’s supposed to do, my battery life only lasts half the day. I normally don’t need a charge during the day. They need to make the tracking service more efficient!

Lower than 1 star

I wish I could rate this app lower than 1 star because it is horrible. It should not scroll back to the top (last recorded trip) after I select mileage. This makes recording trips after the fact a nightmare. A complete waste of time, counter productive!

Very inconsistent trip recording

Unfortunately, it is very inconsistent with the trip recording. Even when I have the app running in the background (settings) and the app open all of the time, it just can’t capture data consistently.

Crashes and cumbersome

It can take days for a trip to show up and every time you switch from Personal to Sharetown it refreshes to the beginning or crashes. Why not allow us to select multiple trips and then hit save?
An export feature seems intuitive for reporting but it’s not there?

Tedious, inefficient app

Worst app. Scrolling through trips, app resets to beginning. App stalls when trying to delete trips. If you chose to select trip as personal or business, app resets causing user to scroll through trips again from beginning. Not user-friendly. Tedious and time-consuming to use.

I've been using this app for a few weeks now and so far this has been the best app I've used for tracking miles. Big thumbs up from me!

Not so great

The app is glitch prone. Shuts down frequently. It has no option to classify a group of trips instead you have to through and group each individual trips. Disappointed overall.

Doesn’t record my trips

This app doesn’t record a majority of my trips. The ones it does record sometimes appear on the app a day later, so if I went lots of places it’s hard to remember which ones were personal and which were for Sharetown. I went through the telematics troubleshooting, and I applied all the permissions they need to track everything, and it still isn’t working.
