After today, the app gives blank stats
Had the app with my device for years but today I noticed that it doesn’t show any information on the app about the temperature or anything on the device, I have a fun pro 5

After connecting the Funcooler 6 pro does not report any stats in the app and i can’t make any changes to led’s or adjust power settings. Useless app in its current state. Just use the button on the hardware to make your changes.

I bought a Magcooler 5 Pro and I can't configure it since I can't install the latest version because I'm on iOS 15.0. Please make Shark Arsenal app iOS requirement lower to iOS 15.0.

Outstanding app! Has worked flawlessly. Once there was a glitch which happens with ALL apps. I write them and they fixed it in 45 minutes! I was impressed. Love it!!!!

I love your fan and app. Has worked great for six months! But it just stopped connecting to Bluetooth. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and all my software is up to date. Help please
