Return it.
The app is useless. It has trouble even connecting the tracker itself at installation and doesn’t work very well when you get it going.
Tracker works great!
I have not had any problems with this tracker. It was easy to set up and easy to use. It’s been great helping me find my keys and when I lose my phone. I am not sure why so many left negative reviews. Unless they were not familiar with how to use the app or Bluetooth. For me the app works great!

Waste of money
I have had cheap key/phone trackers in the past that have worked ok. I set up the tracker and synced it with the app following all the instructions. I put the tracker on our key ring and as soon as I wanted to the other end of our SMALL apartment my phone and the tracker both started beeping because they couldn’t see each other. The whole point of a tracker is to find my keys/phone when they are NOT near each other. There are better options in the market, I will be returning the tracker to the store.

Horribly bad product
Product doesn’t work. Hard to connect and if by chance you turn your Bluetooth off, you have to reconnect the device. Pray you don’t lose your keys if you’ve ever turned your Bluetooth off. I mean really.

Tracker will connect for a short period of time then crash...
I bought this tracker hoping for a cheaper alternative to a ring device, and have unfortunately seen the lackluster results of trying to save a few dollars. The tracker does not hold its connection, nor does it allow me to find my phone. My phone will ring for one second before the app crashes and the tracker disconnects again.

No more lost keys!
The tracker works just fine and I’m not sure what others are talking about if they say it doesn’t work. Maybe they can’t follow simple instructions?

App runs in background
Can’t turn app off in background. Swiping app works fully off will sound pulsing alarm. Holding down Tracker button shuts it off but button needs to be pressed again to connect with app. It should reconnect automatically when app is opened.
App doesn’t work
This app does not work. It does not connect to the tracker. Once we get it to connect it immediately disconnects. What a waste of money.
Buggy
Tracker kept randomly ringing. Also app is buggy and crashes constantly.
Sort it out
This app keeps crashing and it took me hours to find my keys manually. Totally defies the object..😏
Extra step to locate device
You need to swipe down while syncing to find device. Took an extra step and patience but works great !
