Gave me the confidence to ask for more
Really useful app. I used SharperSelf to practise a salary negotiation before speaking with my manager, and it completely changed how I approached the conversation. I ended up asking for double the raise I originally planned to ask for and got it. The practice gave me way more confidence going into the real conversation. Highly recommend.
