Why have a tattoo printer app that you can’t even change in to itches , it says there is a option but it won’t change no matter what you use and the thing that sucks is this is the only app the printer will use so basically I’m suck with trying to tattoo with mm instead of ich
Printing
It is a nice printer, although I expected it to print in color. It didn’t. Otherwise, it is a nice app and a pretty decent printer.
Unable to login and shouldn’t have to
I’m just trying to print with a printer I payed for and it ask to login every time for no reason. This last time the icon just sits and spins and doesn’t login. Please fix.
Not working when I need it most
Worked ok most the time but when I needed it most stopped working and been trying to get to work for an hour
No Server connection
Unable to print anymore. Only printed two documents in 1 day. Next day App not working, no more file uploading, App was just in continuous refreshing mode in document tab/upload file section with nothing uploading or happening. PLEASE HELP.
I really was impressed on how easy and great this product was when it was working properly. I will revise my rating if App or developer fixes issue

this app is horrible
the app has too many bugs and is slow. the printer is great quality but i wish that they would take time and improve the app to match the hardware. Its truly wasted potential and is extremely disappointing

Not Intuitive but works
It works, but if you want to do anything other than just print straight tax, it gets pretty awful to figure out. There are no instructions or help files. Tried to print vertical text and I did it, but have no idea how I got there; I have to fuss around with it every time. Be prepared for a LOT of poking around before you get what you want.

Not Intuitive
This not an easy app to use but it does work. The main thing to understand is that some “fiddling around” is required. What you want to print has to be in the SharpFox folder within Files. You can also print screenshots, photos, files that are in DropBox, etc. The installation was very simple. The Bluetooth connection is made through the app, not Settings. One thing that is irritating is that the connection times out pretty quickly. But all in all, I’m satisfied.

TERRIBLE APP
I hate I spent money on a printer that it’s attached to this app. Waste of money, time and anything else valuable. Sporadic at best.
Horrible
It is extremely frustrating using this app. It will only print one page at a time. After printing the first page it just spins and pulls blank pages through the printer.
Add inches measurement please
App is good it has good functions, but it needs inches in the image sizing it’d be helpful for lots of people using the app.

Super easy instructions and had it set up and printing in less than 1 minute. Everyone else is just dumb or something? Works great
Not a good app
This app needs a lot more updates, I can’t change from metric to inches. You can’t size images from sides just diagonally. Needs a lot of work!
Worthless piece of scrap
Worked fine then stopped, not even a year old. All customer support is in Chinese. Ugggh!

NO WORK IN 16 PRO MAX
Before had a 12 pro max and work perfect. Now change 16 pro max and NO work
Was working now not accessing photos
I was using this program it was working. I used screenshots of art to put them on the app in templates It did show all my photos now it shows only a few. I’ve uninstalled the program reinstalled it went into settings and allowed full access but the app still will not access the photos I need to access. The support is all in another language. What can I do to fix this and be able to see the photos I need to be able to print them? This is being used to create tattoo stencils.
