The app was good but in some months they blocking and running off with money in people’s account a time will come were you will deposit money to your card and you will not be able to use it noh withdraw and their support will never respond when you complain I lost some money there and I will run an ad to showing screenshot so people can see Noupia and Shashap not safe

I use my card to run my Facebook ads and it's so easy to load my card from my MoMo. I highly recommend guys.
