Пришел брак и выгнали из личного кабинета

Пришел бракованный товар, написал в личный кабинет, после чего меня просто выкинуло из личного кабинета. есть два варианта - регистрация, либо зайти без личного кабинета, войти в кабинет опции нет. Пытаюсь заново зарегистрироваться, смс на телефон не приходит, заново выслать ее нельзя, т.к. раз в сутки
высылается.
