Garbage App
Minimalist. Perfect.
And this provides just that. It’s not a guide. Not an index. Basically a way to keep your notes organized and track your characters progress.
Seems broken
Just a blank notebook basically
Meh, not worth it.
I don’t care about spoilers, the game is huge and complex enough already, spoilers aren’t a big deal. If this app gets updated or become actually helpful, I’ll give it another try.
Waste of money
Just wasted £2.50 on this garbage. Just use your notepad. This is not an app. It’s a scam.
Very useful

Hey, thanks for the feedback! Version 1.3 rolled out a few days ago and it does provide the ability to store images for each entry, as well as linking to your preferred Wiki entries or game guides. This is actually the first time I’ve had a request to provide an interactive map, but I’ll add it to the feature requests I’m tracking on the Shattered Ring website: https://shatteredring.com/faq/#id-like-to-see-a-feature---how-can-i-request-it I appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, and I hope you continue to enjoy the new updates I’m planning!
Could be the perfect companion app

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! I have been surprised in hearing from folks want pre-loaded data, but I am tracking this as a feature request. I’m working on how best to support that for folks who want it without spoiling details for folks who don’t. I’m hoping to provide an improved experience around this in a future version!
Good app, looking forward to it being great
A couple of crashes so far but no data lost so that’s good. Looking forward to seeing some new features in future updates, such as a general notes section for those times where we find things that don’t quite fall into a full-on quest, but we want to track in any case.
Great work, thanks for making it!

Hey there, Bill, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about the app. I'm sorry you're unhappy with the feature set the app offers for tracking your RPG playthroughs. It sounds like you haven't added any information to the app, so you probably didn't get a chance to play around with its tracking features, such as the ability to associate quests with NPCs, add NPCs to locations, track custom notes about NPCs, locations, and quests, and filter and sort based on what you've completed and what you haven't cleared yet. In addition to all of those features, I've got a new release pending in the App Store as I write this reply to you that lets you track bosses, and adds some quality-of-life improvements for working with longer lists of NPCs, quests, locations, and bosses. I fully intend to keep improving the app based on requests and feedback from the folks using it. As I'm sure you can see from the other reviews, I've gotten some requests, including yours, for pre-loaded content. Apologies if you thought the app already provided that. I am tracking this as a feature request, and I'm looking at how I might support this in the future. You can see more details about this in the FAQ on the Shattered Ring website. I do hope you'll give the app a try and see that it's more useful than your note pad for tracking your Elden Ring play through details. But if you're not interested in entering details as you play through the game, I've also got a link on the FAQ on how to request a refund from Apple for the app. I really appreciate the feedback - notes like yours have helped me refine the app's listing and the details on the website as I do not want folks to be unhappy with what the app provides. I hope you're enjoying your Elden Ring play through.
Excellent DIY Journal for RPG fans.
I do think that certain media outlets are advertising this as an “end-all” Elden Ring tracker, which it is not.
I would love to see some features added such as being able to make listings for individual items, or a separate section for NPC inventory, but I am loving this blank slate journal thus far.
Looking forward to future updates!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and for the kind words - I really appreciate it! I think I've had one other request for tracking items, but I believe you're the first person who has asked for an NPC inventory - that's a really interesting suggestion! I can definitely see how that would be useful - I'll add it to the list of features I'm tracking in the FAQ on the Shattered Ring website, and will have a think about how that might work. I'm glad you're enjoying the app so far, and I hope you'll continue to be happy with the updates I plan to deliver in the future. Meanwhile, I hope you're enjoying your Elden Ring play through!
VERY high potential
If more work is put into this app I see it being an extremely helpful tool in the exploration of this massive land.
Regardless, this app is worth the $3 if used what it was intended for….keeping track of what you have completed.

Hey, thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review, Cory - I really appreciate the support and the kind words. Updates are definitely in the works; as I reply to you now, I've got an update pending in the App Store that adds the ability to track Bosses, along with some quality-of-life improvements like sorting lists, moving items in lists, and some bug fixes. As long as folks are continuing to use and enjoy the app, I'll keep developing it! Location types is a great idea. I'm adding it to the feature request list you can see on the FAQ page of the Shattered Ring website. In the short term, you could add a type in the notes section - i.e. "cave" and then use the search field to get all of the locations that have "cave" in the notes. But yeah, I definitely think location types is something I can add in a future version. If you have any other feature requests, do let me know on Twitter or drop a line through the contact form on the website. I always appreciate ideas, suggestions, and feedback. I'm glad you're finding the app helpful, and I hope you're enjoying your Elden Ring play through.
Bamboozled

Hey, thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry you were disappointed with the app. I designed the app to be a spoiler-free companion app for folks who wanted help keeping track of things while exploring the game. Lots of folks are using it that way and seem to be happy with it, and I'm continuing to add features based on requests I've gotten. One of those requests is pre-loaded content, and this is something I'm tracking as a feature request and am exploring how I might add it without interfering with the experience for folks who want a spoiler-free play through. Feel free to follow the Shattered Ring website or Twitter to keep an eye on features I'm adding - there's a section of the FAQ page where I list current features I'm considering, and the other day I ran a Twitter poll to prioritize which feature to add next. I want this app to be something that everyone is happy to use, and I'll continue developing it to try to meet everyone's expectations.
Not what I expected
notebook that is formatted nicely for RPGs. I was
hoping for the quests and PCs to be preloaded,
so I could check them off. Instead you have to type
everything in for yourself. A glorified notebook,
false advertising as if it was geared towards Elden
Ring.
Have to add everything manually

Hey, thanks for taking the time to leave feedback. I designed the app to be a spoiler-free companion app to help me track the play through as I explored the game, and it seems like lots of folks are happy to use the app like that. But feedback like yours has made me realize that some people want a more comprehensive experience with pre-populated data they can just check off. I've added a FAQ to the Shattered Ring website and have tweaked the description of the app to make it clearer that the app doesn't currently provide pre-populated data - sorry if that still isn't apparent enough. However, this is something I am tracking as a feature request, and am looking into how I might support this in a future version. Feel free to keep an eye on the Shattered Ring Twitter account, where I'm communicating upcoming changes and taking feedback for the app, or you can check out the FAQ on the website where I've got a list of feature requests that I'm working through for app users. Sorry you were disappointed, and I hope you're enjoying your Elden Ring play through.
Great app for use of tracking quests!
Nice app for nerds people
I tried yesterday.
For 3 euro it’s okay.
Could be better with a map update where you can see the nps you’ve discovered.
That update would be amazing.
