Ending Shaw go wifi
Apparently Rogers has stopped servicing (without any notice or engagement) the Shaw go wifi that has really inconvenient businesses, organizations and people who relied on this free wifi spot services. Not impressed
Doesnt work
Was hoping to see and connect my kids phone customer or as guest. Can’t see any hotspots.

Doesn’t show the basics like “are you currently connected to the internet, what is the network name , what is your default network, …”
Stopped working
It DID work for some time after Rogers bought Shaw, but doesn’t work anymore! Cmon Rogers if you are going to transition everything over to the Rogers brand then at least make a new app that works… Though knowing how little you care about customer’s experiences I unfortunately don’t expect them to do anything (or at least within a reasonable timeframe which would’ve been like a week at most from the date that they took the app offline as all it needs is a logo and colour change)!

Terrible customer service chat
Not happy I have tried for the last month to connect with the Shaw go wifi and chatting today with one of your agents was just terrible - no help whatsoever- terrible customer service- I have been a customer for about 15 years - maybe it is time to look for other wifi companies - and tv and phone - not impressed at all!!

Does what it's supposed to do
If you're a Shaw customer you can find one of MANY hotspots with this app. Great for those who need to find a cafe with good wifi as Shaw's is better than pretty much all free wifi out there.
Horrible App
Catch 22 registration. I even went to a hot spot and couldn't log in. Log in page has no place to enter info. Username then customer ID then this and that. Couldn't create new email and didn't want new email just wanted to use Shaw hotspots. Stupid waste of time.
