Friday night drive

I will see articles in my email and then go to the app and the article is not there. You can’t search on the app with your phone. It’s just not user friendly.

I pay for the paper and I cannot get the app to work. It always says I’ve reached my limit of free content for the mont. buh-bye Shaw Local.

Shaw Local app for ios

Generally, the app displays the newspaper as expected. What is not expected is the unfriendly manner this app is to regular users. Itwill not remember the user from one session to the next requiring login again and again. Seems to allow login memory for PC. This app could be more user friendly but it is tolerable.

Subtitles

Where are the subtitles. Just tried to read an article on the 5 to watch in area basketball and I didn’t even know who I was reading about because the kids’ names were not listed

Great customizable news source

I love that the app lets me set up a custom feed of just the news that’s most relevant to me. I like to follow my local area’s news, but also want to keep up to date with how the Bears are doing, and through the settings, I can have those two things show up first in the app.

Newspaper view

I love reading the northwest herald on my ipad each morning. However with the most recent update, there is no longer the option of viewing the daily paper as if I was reading a printed copy. PLEASE bring back the option to view the printed format!

I would think after all this time, the NW Herald would fix this app.

Doesn’t work

I will give this a good rating, when it lets me sign into my digital account. When you tap sign in it does nothing , you tap active it does nothing. I’ve, even deleted it, and reinstalled it, nothing!
