Basically worthless

If zero stars were possible I’d give it zero. The dealership, after having me install and use the app to track maintenance schedules etc, now doesn’t even know the app exists and can’t provide any help whatsoever. The app constantly reminds you that you missed a required service but doesn’t update to reflect when you’ve taken your car in. So year out I’m still getting repeated reminders to bring my car in for an overdue service. Also it’s functionless for scheduling appointments, not that the Sheehy website is much better. Your only real option is to call the dealership. You’d think a large company would have a half functioning app.

App has bugs

The app gives an overview of your car’s information. It will alert you when your car is due for service and prompt you to make an appointment. However, you cannot make an appointment through the app because the “select time” feature does not work when setting up the appointment. Thus, you have to call, be placed in their cue, and have the Sheehy lead answering service make your appointment because the Hagerstown store doesn’t answer. Frustrating.

Password

You can’t change your password in app. If you logout and you “forgot password”, the site generates a new random password that you can’t change either.

Also…If you go into the SAVY screen, you get stuck as there is no back arrow.

Appointment woes

The app does not natively allow for appointment booking. Other than that, I’m sure there is more that I can find fault with.

Doesn’t work

It won’t let me register. Keeps telling me I haven’t filled everything despite the fact I have.

Worthless!

Reading reviews they are about 99% “can’t make an appointment. Well that’s my complaint! This needs to be fixed before the app has any worth!

Almost worthless

Installed this app as recommended by the dealer. It does not natively schedule service appointments which is really all I need from it. Skip the app and just go directly to the website.

What Happened?

I have been using the app without any issues until recently. Now I go through the process to schedule an appointment; however, no dates appear to pick from. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and have even tried to go through the website, which connects you to the app, and still nothing. I don’t always have time to make an appointment during business hours, so the app was great. It was working seamlessly until about a month ago…what happened?

So many bugs...

It wouldn’t allow me to book and appointment...did it for the $20 discount

Severely broken

The app is extremely buggy. It doesn’t scroll properly and doesn’t remember your information. The worst part is the final page of the appointment request process is bugged so you can’t actually submit it. This app clearly hasn’t been updated in a while. It needs some serious help.

Great concept but needs some tweaking.

This is a great concept: an easy, digital way to track my service records and schedule appointments. Despite such, I would have to agree with another reviewer in that the actual scheduling of appointments is tedious and not user-friendly. You cannot scroll through each section, so it can be quite frustrating. This should be an easy fix. Also, the coupon on my app says it expired 3/31/19, yet I just received an email a few days ago suggesting I download the app for the coupon. I am hopeful the service center still accepts it.

Dead ends

Slow and hanging app. Cannot scroll through scheduling services. Freezes at various points. Cannot link to rewards and VIP numbers do not take.

Can’t schedule an appointment

The app doesn’t scroll properly, so you can’t submit an appointment for service. It’s even worse on the website when using a phone. This app is pretty much useless until this is fixed. (iPhone XR)

Does not allow you to book appointments

The app takes you through a drawn out process at the end of which you are unable to actually book an appointment due to the screen not scrolling down. Very frustrating and went through the whole process twice to no avail.

Disappointing

Won't validate my stock number, account number, VIP number, and it keeps saying my username and email is incorrect. I'm putting in all the correct answers. Ford owes me a new phone. I got so disgusted with it that I threw my phone on the ground. And it's Sunday so I can't call to schedule a service. And trying to schedule it online, the next button isn't work, so I'm done today!!!

Changing mileage

App will not let me correct my current mileage when my last service mileage was wrong because the wrong current mileage was used during the last service. Gives me an error saying that the entered mileage is less than the mileage of the last service.

Does not work.

The My Garage does not work because it does not find all VIN numbers. And yes I did put VIN in right, plus I scanned VIN in.
