Lots of music but could use more development
The selection is generally great. Never really run out of music to play. They could do a few things to improve the app.
Tapping the D.S. sign should jump you to the Segno. The same with getting to the Coda. It’s tough on a longer song to jump around. They could also roll that feature out to repeats that span across pages.
General search can also be improved to catch misspellings or commonly missearched music. Search should be universal and show music from all set lists and favorites segmented out from a common search no matter what screen you are on.
Please allow to see more from an artist from within a set list.
Finally, allow annotations with an Apple Pencil or similar. Would help to take notes on the music.

Sheet music won't load
The sheet music I search on this app no longer displays, this has been the case for the last 2-3 weeks. I have to visit the website and search for it which doesn't offer the same conveniences.
It Use To Be the Best
I am so sad that the best online sheet music company that provided within the Sheet Music opportunities to Transpose to a different key, have multiple skill levels, the ability the resize the notes and the ability to listen to the song as it plays through the music. Some of these still exist, but the majority of these options have changed with a lot of their songs since their last update. I have been a member for over 3 years. I wish the Developers could return back to what once made it great!!

Printing option
It would be better if we could print the piece we purchased. You would sell more sheets.
Lack of customer service contact
I have been a customer using their PASS subscription and have had issues contacting customer service. I have no idea why some titles that show they are available in the PASS options will not load. Again, no one has ever responded to my emails.
Songs won’t load
I subscribed to Pass and not sure that it’s worth it because every other song I try to pull up just sits there loading for several minutes until I give up and pick a song that will load. But out of the collection I have been able to get to load I’ve been really happy. Way better than buying loads of piano sheet music and books. They just need to make sure all the songs are loading properly.

Won’t load music
Installed, logged in, viewed exactly one piece of sheet music successfully. The second piece I tried won’t load and hangs forever trying to load.

Download isn’t easy
App needs to be improved. I tried to select a song and it wouldn’t download and I couldn’t print it
Quite clunky
Search facility not very good for filtering my difficulty and search should search the store and library in any mode rather than having to go the right category first
Music doesn’t load
I paid for music on the app and I won’t load! I feel scammed.
Unfortunate New Problems
I’ve been a huge fan of this app/service for along time. Unfortunately, something is happening now where newer music isn’t loading. It’s very frustrating.
Pass does not show up, help link broken
Checked my account online and my password sub is active. But the app does not recognize that I have a pass subscription. It just says that I cannot subscribe to pass in the app. Tried to get help but all the links are broken. Useless app.
New titles no longer accessible via app
“Our focus is on delivering the best possible Sheet Music Direct experience through our mobile website” suggesting that support for the app will continue to decline despite receipt of monthly subscription.
Doesn’t work
Long time user but recently I cannot access any new music. Nothing loads yet I still pay a premium monthly subscription. Very unhappy.
Lol nothing loads
Guess I’ll be canceling my subscriptions. The music doesn’t even load. Onto the next app that’ll actually work, I’ll give them my monthly fee instead.
The app doesn’t support signing-up with apple id.
I created my account on the sheet music web site using apple sign up. However the app doesn’t have the option and cannot get access to the purchased is impossible.
Not working
One song opens but I can’t play it, adjust options, or anything. Another just loads forever and never opens at all. Closing and reopening the app does nothing and it’s the same problems without any changes. Not going to try getting any more.
