Sheriff department
theft occurring from neighbor. Sheriff's office came out and said they couldn't do anything because I didn't see them do it. Caught the neighbor in the act of stealing and called sheriff department. Now they say I didn't get a photo so they can't do a thing. It seems the sheriffs department deputies and their supervisor boaz learned nothing at the academy. eye witness accounts do count. It seems they want to coast to retirement instead of write reports and do their job. They actually tried to talk me OUT of filing a report. L A Z Y no wonder memphis has high crime. Worthless law enforcement. They don't even KNOW the law
