Frustrating App
This app seemingly has no way to enlarge text other than tapping on the articles. It often takes forever to load the latest edition. The accessibility mode doesn’t seem to do anything. The crossword puzzle is covered by so many ads, banners, etc. that it is no fun to do. Terrible app.
Totally blank page
I suddenly get a totally white page with no way to get back to any page. Even after I exit the app, I still go back and have to go to the website in order to access the paper in the app. Very frustrating.
Silly advertisements
I hate that on the opening page of the Star you have to wait in the X to come up so you can start reading the paper and then when the Sports section starts you have to go through another set of ads and another X. We pay for our online subscription, why should we have to suffer through these adds. The Charlotte Observer does not have this. Not a fan of the Shelby Star online.

Crummy app
Local sports, obituaries, and etc are not available in the app. What good is it?
Hard to navigate
I can never get the obituaries to. One up. I paid for online just because I didn’t want the paper but I did want to keep up with local news. This is an aweful app.
