Shelfcount is a barcode stock counter for small shops, market stalls, cafes and storerooms that need accurate counts without a complicated inventory system.
COUNT AT YOUR OWN PACE
Scan common retail and internal barcodes, enter a code manually, or find an item by name and set its total quantity. Choose Count for a stocktake, Receive for deliveries, or Remove for stock that was sold, used or discarded. Your active count is saved so you can resume later, finish the session and start a new one. Undo helps you correct a counting mistake.
KEEP SCANS UNDER CONTROL
Aim a barcode inside the camera target to count it. Holding the same barcode in view will not keep adding units. Move it out of the target before scanning it again, or use the repeat button to count another unit deliberately.
KNOW WHAT TO BUY
Set both a reorder point and a stock-up-to target for each item. See low and out-of-stock products in a focused reorder list, with the quantity to buy shown clearly. Optional local reminders notify you only when something needs restocking.
KEEP THE CATALOGUE SIMPLE
Add products with or without barcodes. Store a name, quantity, reorder point, refill target, location and notes. Search and sort your items without setting up suppliers, warehouses or an online account.
SEE THE STATE OF YOUR SHELVES
Reports summarise current stock, count freshness and the items worth counting again. Export the full catalogue, the reorder list or the current filtered view as a CSV for your spreadsheet.
BACK UP YOUR INVENTORY
Save a Shelfcount backup through Files and restore your items, quantities and details when you need them. Review a backup before replacing your current inventory. If a save fails, a visible warning lets you retry or export a recovery copy.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your catalogue and counts are stored locally on your device. Shelfcount has no account, ads, analytics or tracking, and no Shelfcount server. Camera frames are processed on-device. You choose when and where to export a CSV or save a backup, including any cloud storage provider available in Files.
